Questions are how this started.
Here are a few we hear often. Some are practical. Some are philosophical. A few are both.
Pick a question.
We have tried to answer these like people rather than a warranty booklet. For legal details, privacy terms or product-specific availability, the dedicated policy or product page still wins.
Apparently one FAQ cannot solve every question on the internet. We checked.
What is eFind?
eFind is a technology company that began with search and now builds products across search, email, cloud, translation, finding, communications, payments, maps, wearables and intelligent devices. The short version is that one question led to another. It still does.
Is eFind only a search engine?
No. Search is where eFind began, and it still matters enormously. But eFind now includes products and services such as Mail, eDrive, eTag, Translate, CLOAK, eWatch and eGlass, with ePhone and eCoin in active development alongside work in payments, infrastructure, AI and research.
Which eFind products can people use today?
eFind Business uses status labels instead of pretending every product is at the same stage. LIVE marks services people can use now. PRODUCT marks established eFind product lines whose exact configurations or regional availability can vary. The dedicated product site is the best source for current availability.
What do LIVE, PRODUCT, BUILDING, RESEARCH and VISION mean?
LIVE means a service is usable now. PRODUCT means an established eFind product line, although availability can vary. BUILDING means active product work that is not being presented as launched. RESEARCH means we are studying or testing a direction. VISION means a longer-range idea. We use the labels because calendars have a habit of noticing when marketing gets ahead of reality.
What is eIntelligence?
eIntelligence is the shared intelligence layer behind eFind experiences. Its job is to help retrieve information, understand context, work with tools and hand a task to the right product while respecting permissions. We would rather AI quietly help than insist on being the main character.
How does eFind think about AI?
AI should make a product more useful, not make the person feel like they have wandered inside a machine. We focus on practical help, source-linked answers where appropriate, clear permissions and a design that lets people stay in control.
How does eFind approach privacy?
Privacy is a design responsibility, not a decorative lock icon. We try to make permissions understandable, limit ambiguity about what a product is doing and be clear about the difference between what exists today and what we are still building. Trust has to be earned repeatedly.
Does eFind sell personal information?
Our public privacy pages describe the current policies and data practices for eFind Business. Product-specific privacy practices can differ by service, so the relevant product privacy notice should be treated as the source of truth. We do not use the FAQ as a substitute for those policies.
Where do I get product support?
For product support, the fastest route is usually the dedicated product site. eFind Business explains how the company and products fit together; it is not intended to turn into one enormous support queue. General support can also begin at support@efind.com.
How do I contact eFind about a partnership or media request?
Use the eFind Business Contact page. It includes a form for press, partnerships, company questions and general business inquiries, with product support routed separately.
Where can journalists find official information?
The Press Center contains company background, product status, newsroom updates, media resources and the clearest route to eFind contacts. If something on the internet disagrees with a current eFind source, the current source gets the final word.
How do I apply to work at eFind?
Visit Careers. We look for people who like useful problems, direct communication, real responsibility and the occasional idea that sounds unreasonable right up until somebody builds it.
What is the eFind Foundation?
The eFind Foundation is the charitable side of the broader eFind story, centered on Access, Essentials, Economic Opportunity and Community. The commercial company and charitable organization are distinct. The purpose is straightforward: technology matters most when people have a fairer chance to use opportunity well.
Why is there a North Star in eFind?
The North Star is a reminder that software should help make the path clearer without pretending it gets to choose the destination. Finding something is useful. Understanding it is better. Knowing what to do next can be better still. The person remains in charge.
What does “There is more to find” mean?
It began as a simple thought about search and became a useful way to describe eFind itself. There is more to find in information, in products, in people and in the questions we have not asked yet. We do not mean that everything needs another feature. Sometimes the next thing to find is the simpler answer.
Why does eFind have so many products?
We did not begin with a whiteboard titled “How to become a technology conglomerate.” We started with search, kept running into adjacent problems and occasionally decided we could make one of them better. This has become something of a habit.
